The riad has a beautiful Moroccan style that adds a unique charm, and I particularly enjoyed the vivid colors and intricate tile work throughout the hotel. The views from the rooftop terrace were fantastic.
The location was somewhat inconvenient, tucked away deep in narrow alleyways that felt a bit daunting, especially when returning at night. I encountered inconsistent water pressure in the shower, and there were concerns about cleanliness, including finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing, with minimal options and items that appeared to be microwaved rather than prepared fresh. Room upkeep was lacking, with unchanged bedding over a multiple-night stay, and service issues arose, such as a lack of attention during meals, which marred the overall experience.

large breakfast, best ever had, with various breads and juice, for example. top-notch service, although a few employees were uncaring. location: the hotel was right by the centre of medina, the medina in a quarter where locals live and the markets.
Well, the area was quite poor overall.

Loved the charming vibe of the Jasmine room and the beautiful, clean spaces throughout the riad. The attentive staff took care of us at every turn, even accommodating spontaneous dinner requests. The lively streets of Marrakesh added a magical backdrop!
The breakfast was a bit lackluster, relying heavily on microwaved bread without much variety. Plus, wandering through the maze-like alleys after dark could feel a tad unnerving, but it all added to the local flavor.
